The Middle East Institute for Media and Political Studies announced its course schedule for the year 2023, which includes 13 categories such as sports journalism, remote workshops, television and radio journalism, technical operations, design and editing skills, digital media, photography and creativity skills, media skills, communication and public relations, and remote courses category.”

“The institute continues to introduce new titles and media programs that keep pace with the changes taking place in the local and Arab market, as well as the requirements of the training world, in anticipation of the future and contributing to the development of editorial and technical media tools.

“The courses offered in this category include sports presentation, sports analysis, sports commentary, sports journalism, sports photography, sports correspondent, and a workshop on monitoring sports news, all of which are presented by a team of experts and specialists in the field of media.”

“The institute has launched a number of new courses that focus on youth and developing their skills, including a course on negotiation skills for youth and a course on voice concentration based on feedback from trainers and the needs of trainees, in addition to courses that are regularly organized, such as the course for young presenters, young speakers, and mobile photography.”

The new courses or workshops include: a workshop on writing press releases for public relations, a workshop on writing video scripts for digital platforms, open coverage for presenters, a workshop on media culture for youth, a course on stress management in the workplace, the basics of television presenting, a remote workshop on ethics in journalism in the digital age, ethics in media work, paid content promotion techniques, writing breaking news on Twitter, a course on Arabic calligraphy, election coverage, editorial translation, wildlife photography, photography and image processing, a podcasting course, creating content for search engines, digital diplomacy, a course on Adobe Premiere, media content analysis, and technical standards.
