“Many of us suffer from stress and pressures in life, whether it’s short-term stress from one-time projects, or long-term stress and pressure from a career that causes constant pressure. These pressures have increased significantly with the COVID-19 crisis, where anxiety, social distancing, and a state of ambiguity and uncertainty prevail. This is not only very disturbing, but can also seriously affect our health and work. However, it is possible to manage these pressures if you use the appropriate tools and techniques.”

In this course, we will take a look at the impact of pressures on both the organization and individuals, with a focus on the effects of the COVID-19 crisis. The aim of this course is to train individuals to control the causes of stress to avoid, absorb, or at least minimize its effects as much as possible.
