Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Jordan explores opportunities for joint cooperation with the Middle East Media and Policy Studies Institute

Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Jordan, Eldar Salimov, expressed his country’s interest in enhancing and developing joint cooperation with Jordan in various cultural, academic, and economic fields. During his visit to the Middle East Media and Policy Studies Institute (MEMPSI), Salimov discussed with its Chairman, Mohammad Ajlouni, the aspects of joint cooperation. The envoy highlighted the importance of the institute’s role in drawing up future policies and consolidating Jordan’s political relations with other countries. Salimov was also briefed on the institute’s facilities and training halls and learned about its training aspects in the media and political fields. The two sides discussed ways to open “new” horizons of “constructive” cooperation, establish joint programs, and benefit from the institute’s services. For his part, Ajlouni stressed the importance of strengthening joint cooperation based on the institute’s strategy to develop “effective” international partnerships and transfer its expertise to Arab and international bodies. During the visit, the envoy toured the headquarters of Arab Broadcast Services (ABS) Network and was briefed on its work and services provided to Arab and foreign TV channels.
